Who is on your team? Who is locking arms with you and encouraging you to transform your Mind, Body, and Spirit? Coming January 2025. This is Jordan’s highest level of mindset coaching to date. Gold Standard is for the high performer who wants to be Coached by Jordan and pushed in a positive environment of other like-minded individuals.  

Dream Szn GOLD STANDARD is not for everyone! It is a community for high achievers that want the following:

  • Grow in your Faith: willing to elevate your view of God and yourself

  • Success at home, in parenting, in marriage, in relationships: have a willing heart to prioritize and redefine success

  • Deeper Connections: You are already “successful” but want to lock arms with other like minded peolpe

This elite coaching program is for people serious about making changes in their mind, body, spirit, business, career, or relationships. It is an intensive 12-month program, where Jordan personally works with you 1:1 and a small team of other high-performers seeking to Compete: “doing what God is calling you to even when it is hard.”

Program Includes

  • 1:1 Coaching

    You will work individually with Jordan Delks 1x a month, for a total of 12 sessions. These 60-90m mindset sessions will be strategic to your personal transformation and personal goals.

  • Team Sessions

    You will have 12 team sessions led by Jordan Delks and team members in Gold Standard.

  • In-Person Retreats (4)

    Change of Pace + Change of Place = Change of Perspective. Gold Standard will have 4 retreats in 2025. The first retreat is scheduled at Duke University in January. Current Duke MBB Player Mason Gillis will be the guest speaker.

  • Fitness

    Personal Fitness Plans designed for you and your goals. These programs are designed by Compete Training Academy Personal Trainers.

  • Accountability

    A network that will uplevel your Circle of Influence and hold you accountable to higher standards through Compete Accountability Systems.
